At Artemis Outdoor, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused apparel and equipment in its original packaging. Our goal is to ensure you are perfectly equipped for your next adventure without any hassle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
